Last month, from the 20th to the 22nd of May all of the partners, plus accelopment AG and Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire de Toulouse met up in Arona, Italy for the SME days. Luckily the team didn’t let itself get distracted by the beautiful surroundings and kept itself busy with hands-on workshops on the topics “Working in a small company” and “How to set up a business”. The researchers were fortunate enough to receive guidance from professionals and managers with financial and economic backgrounds.
To make sure that the fellows left with experiences that could help them in their future lives, they had to present their own business ideas in groups of three or four in front of a jury. The jury consisted of business experts, including Mrs. Pascale Jordan from Zoetis and Dr. Jeanette Müller from accelopment AG. The winning group was awarded a prize.
